Remove the remaining nut of the faucet’s valve by inserting a shower stem socket into it and turning it counterclockwise. Put the valve’s plate against the shower wall. With the use of a screwdriver, tighten the retaining screw of the plate. Slip the handle over the faucet and tighten the handle’s screw. Press the handle’s cap over the retaining screw of the handle. To complete the process, turn on the water supply to see if it is working properly. Check if there are any leaks or if the water being blocked and cannot flow in the faucet. If there is none and it seems that you have made the process correctly, then your Moen shower faucet repair is complete.
